Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.

Please note that orders placed during weekends, holidays, or promotional events may require additional processing time.


Shipping Destinations

Currently, Aurellis ships throughout the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–4 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Aurellis offers Free Shipping Promotions on qualifying orders. Promotional offers will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipping carrier information

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, Aurellis cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has left our warehouse.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages after delivery confirmation

  • Stolen packages

  • Delays caused by weather or natural disasters

If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us, and we'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund if eligible.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability or warehouse locations.

You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment if applicable.


Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Verify your shipping address.

  • Check with household members or neighbors.

  • Look around your delivery location.

  • Contact the shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be modified or canceled.
